The way of real fruit juice
Learn about our natural beverage creation process that sets us apart from mass market juices, nectars and concentrates
Selection and transport
The fruit is carefully checked for ripeness and firmness in the garden to ensure its quality. After approval, they are transported immediately to the plant for further processing.
Cleaning and pressing
At the factory, the fruit is washed, selected and separated, then squeezed in special presses. Soft fruits such as raspberries and strawberries are finely pureed by removing the seeds.
Pasteurisation
The raw juice is heated briefly to 80-82°C to eliminate harmful microorganisms. This process stops oxidation and prevents degradation of valuable pectin and vitamins.
Bottling
Immediately after heat treatment, the clean product is poured into new glass bottles or three-litre bags. This ensures hygienic storage and protects the juice from contamination by mould or fungi.
Preserving quality
The production method fully preserves the fruit's characteristic natural taste and beneficial minerals. The aim is to reduce pathogens without destroying nutrients.
Comparison with other drinks
Unlike nectars and concentrates, this juice contains no added water, sugar or colouring. It retains its 100% fruity essence, whereas industrial drinks often rely on artificial additives.
